Our Response To Coronavirus COVID-19

At Congenica, the safety and well-being of our employees and customers is always our priority. As coronavirus COVID-19 continues to impact the global community we wanted to inform you of the steps we have taken to ensure business continuity for all our Customers during this time.

As of today, Monday 16th March, we have implemented our remote working policy for all Congenica employees. We believe this is in the interest of our employees’ wellbeing and ensures that we maximize the chances of maintaining business continuity and providing full support to our customers and their patients.

Business travel for Congenica employees has not yet been suspended, however we are following the advice of the World Health Organisation and monitoring updates. We understand that many of our customers may have suspended travel until further notice, in which case our team will leverage technology and host online meetings in replacement of meeting face to face.

Apart from remote working, we are otherwise operating as ‘business as usual’ and remain committed to providing a high quality service to all our customers.

The Wellcome Genome Campus, where we are based, has also announced that it will close from the evening of Friday 20th March until further notice.
